Recommendations:

-GREEN Sleeves for needles 17G (1.5mm) diameter

-RED Sleeves for needles 14G & 13G (2.0 & 2.2 mm) diameter

-The 14G (2.0 mm) diameter needles are much stronger and do not bend as easily as the 17G (1.5mm) diameter, therefore we recommend these for use in game reserves and similar locations.

-During the winter season in countries with cold winters, a longer needle is needed because of the animals’ thicker winter coats.
